How do you relax? I love taking bubble baths while listening to some really embarrassing music. I adore claw foot tubs, and I’m wishing I could take a bubble bath in this beauty!

I’ve never been into Valentine’s Day. I’ve been fortunate to find a man who is romantic every day of the year. This year I feel luckier than ever, so that’s why I’ve been suckered into all the lovey dovey posts. Enjoy this dark and moody bathroom, and enjoy the rest of your day!
I am very indecisive, and even after the hours spent online looking at honeymoon locations we still aren’t set on a destination. Although we’ve been to London before, I was very intrigued by this hotel during my research.
An hour outside London, in historic Oxford, this castle-turned-prison-turned-boutique hotel is the perfect place to lock ourselves away! Built in 1230, this fortress was used to lock up murderers with amenities including dungeouns and chains. In 1996, it was revamped for a much different clientele with its young and quirky design. The building retains much of its original architecture, including the central 3 tiered corridor and original iron doors as an entrance to your moody “cell”.
Would you ever design your house with the bathtub in your bedroom? I’m not sure if I would, but I can definitely see something like this in a hotel atmosphere. There’s something that’s a little naughty about this…
I love the look of the farm house sink with the mosaic walls and single bulb fixtures. More often than not, I’m drawn to more typically masculine spaces.

I love a good DIY budget renovation, especially one that has such a dramatic before and after. I love the mixture of the classic elements (faucet handles) and modern elements (light fixtures and large scale wallpaper)!
