I think this sectional featured in an Apartment Therapy house tour would be just lovely in my condo. The sizing and neutral fabric would be a perfect transition when we eventually buy a house. Too bad Room & Board no longer sells it!

murphy bed
Ryan and I had a murphy bed in our condo when we first moved in, but later removed it to allow for a better space layout. This is a great option for small space dwellers like myself!
